This five-session hybrid professional learning will present an introduction to the conceptual framework of cultural proficiency and its four tools combined with a museum immersive experience, to deepen and support an educator’s “inside-out” journey  to supporting an equity-based professional teaching and learning framework to support equity and access for all students.

Praxis Lead Equity provides professional learning for participants who wish to become trainers for Cultural Proficiency and advocates for equity and access. This course also offers the opportunity to become certified by the Center for Culturally Proficient Educational Practice (CCPEP). Praxis Lead Equity will deliver this 5-day certification. Your Co-Facilitators will be Dr. Peter Flores III and Dr. Brooke Soles, CCPEP Senior Associates.
