This 10-session Transformative Leadership and Social Justice Team Virtual Series, “Advocating for Transformative Change in Support of Equity and Access using the Self-Guided Equity Assessment Tool (SEAT)” will introduce participants to the Cultural Proficiency Conceptual Framework and its four Tools (Overcoming Barriers, Guiding Principles, Continuum, and Essential Elements). In these interactive virtual learning sessions, participants will engage in the “inside-out approach” to transformative change by learning and then applying the Tools to current organizational practices and individual behaviors, while building capacity to support diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
